Origin: Russia
Coat: Semi-long

Lifespan: 11-18 years
Weight: 3.5 - 7.5 kg
Personality: social, inteligent, playful, great jumpers, dog-like personality (likes to follow owners everywhere and are able to learn tricks).

There is no such thing as hypoallergenic cat. However Siberians can be considered as a low-allergen cats because of mutations that brings down their Fel d 1 levels. Fel d 1 is the glycoprotein and is the most major of 8 cat allergens (recognised by WHO). I highly recommend consulting a medical doctor prior to visiting and/or purchasing a Siberian cat, especially for people with known allergies (fur and food allergies).
